Originally from the South Jersey and Philadelphia area, Jennifer spent 5 years living and working in New York City after graduating from The College of New Jersey. Moving to West Palm Beach in 2014 felt like an early retirement, as helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and making this community a healthier, happier place is a dream come true. Jennifer is a new mom, recreational sprint triathlete and rollerblading enthusiast. She is passionate about well-being and delicious vegetarian food.
After growing up in the Orlando, Florida area, Daniel moved south to pursue his education at Florida Atlantic University. There he earned his Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and taught classes on Exercise Testing, including cardiovascular fitness. As a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Daniel specializes in strength and sport specific training, which he also implements in his personal life for powerlifting. Daniel’s mission as a fitness professional is to help others enjoy the process of achieving their goals and becoming the best version of themselves, both physically and mentally.
John spent his childhood in Douglasville, Georgia up until his high school years, when he moved with his family to Sebastian, Florida. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and Sport with a concentration in Personal Training at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He aspires to obtain his personal training certification and a nutrition certification, as well as a Masters or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. His passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals is his motivation for continuing his education and his career path. John is a recreational powerlifter and bodybuilder in his spare time.
